TUECHTIG calls itself Berlin's first inclusive coworking space: people with and without disabilities work desk to desk on more than 700 m² of step-free space. It is run by the non-profit KOPF, HAND und FUSS gGmbH and is open to founders, freelancers and employees of any age and background. There are two coworking areas: the 350 m² event room, where teams talk, coordinate and make calls in a lively atmosphere, and a 100 m² quiet room for focused work, where calls happen outside. Desks are electrically height-adjustable, rooms are wheelchair-accessible, and coffee, tea and 1 Gbit fibre Wi-Fi are included. Monthly members get a fixed desk and 24/7 access; day-ticket guests work during opening hours. Beyond coworking, TUECHTIG rents rooms of 28, 78 and 350 m² and a 58 m² film studio for events, meetings and workshops, and can add short input sessions on topics like stress management, resilience or mental health at work to a booking. TUECHTIG is in the former Osram-Höfe in Berlin-Wedding, a historic industrial complex that now houses offices, studios and shops. Wedding is a diverse, down-to-earth neighbourhood with plenty of small cafés, bakeries and international food. Public transport is close: the Osram-Höfe bus stop is about two minutes away, the U-Bahn at Nauener Platz takes around nine minutes to walk, and the S- and U-Bahn at Wedding are about 21 minutes on foot. For coffee outside, Cafe Largo is roughly five minutes away. To find the door, go to Haus D06: the entrance is directly under the bridge between the buildings, then up to the first floor.
