Review summary
Reviews of The Cube in central Athens are divided. Long-standing members and earlier visitors praise the owners Stavros and Maria for their genuine care and hospitality, the rooftop terrace with Acropolis views, a lively events programme, and a central Monastiraki location. Several reviewers highlight free monitors and a welcoming startup atmosphere. However, a cluster of more recent reviews raises serious concerns: overbooking leaving members without proper desks, noise from the adjacent restaurant, slow internet, poorly maintained facilities, and one account of a manager behaving aggressively toward a customer.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Staff & service, and Light & space. The most-raised point to know about is Atmosphere.

It concerns the transfer on Aeolus. Positive: friendly people Negative: It's difficult to find. It's in the basement of a cafeteria. It smells damp. The space is small. The screens have a mediocre resolution. They don't even serve water, you go for refills at the cafe above. Do you want coffee? Half the price of the cafe above. The internet only cost fifty cents, it seemed, and it was OK, stable although there were too few of us to say for sure. My opinion is that for now you should prefer a good cafe that has a place for work / reading with good internet. A whole day there you can eat and drink whatever you want and it will be cheaper, in a much more pleasant environment. I hope this situation is temporary because I know that things were much better in the past. I think the price of €20 per day is unjustified for what it is and it should have been around €5 until solutions are found.

Very bad space, practically a scam. The first time we paid for a pass and it was closed even though it said it was open, and it was a Tuesday. The second time we came in and there were only 3 desks and a large table. The table had no plugs available. We made it a whole 2 minutes before we decided to leave, would like a refund for the day that it was closed please.

The worst co working space! If I could I would give 0* I made a reservation for today! When I went they informed me that there was no space and they made me sit in the cafe area with 0 lighting on an iron chair! The internet was slower than a turtle! There was no paper in the toilet and it didn't lock! There was a toxic manager in the space who kept talking loudly! I just paid €18 for nothing! The worst co working space! Slow internet, dirty toilets without locks. Zero management. There was no space, i was seated in the cafe area with zero lighting and no office chair!

Great location, excellent space and really friendly environment. The restaurant also is great in ground floor. Desks, chairs and screens provided. Great place for digital nomads. Highly recommended.
