Review summary
Reviewers are sharply divided on Spaces Barcelona Plaza Molina. The space itself draws consistent praise — a clean, aesthetically pleasing environment with a large terrace, communal areas, private offices, and a cafeteria. Staff are described as friendly and welcoming by many day visitors and short-term users. However, a substantial number of longer-term tenants report serious concerns: contracts that do not reflect verbal promises, unexpected charges on move-out, rigid cancellation policies, slow deposit returns, and difficult communication with management. Several reviewers warn that conditions deteriorate after signing.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Equipment, and Cleanliness. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

Total Scam of a place. They promise the moon, deliver very little for a couple months. Then stop delivering anything. Stay away if you can. Place looks good but not worth the headache and finantial hardship they put you through. Avoid them and save money, time and conflict.

I wanted to sign up to this space because of the convenience and the nice space, but it became so difficult to deal with the sales people and the management that I had to leave to another office. It's expensive for what they offer, they are very badly organized and their agreement is very tricky, they make you think certain things are included and once you've signed up, they cut you out of them. Confusion and constant mistakes done by management and reception created lots of problems to my company.

Will not recommend to anyone. The only good thing is that the space looks nice, but the moment you sign up, all sorts of problems begin. The contract you sign doesn't match what the sales person tells you. When you ask about it by email, they call you to tell you not to worry, they will keep their promises (even though they don't want to put them in writing). So they overpromise certain conditions that they don't want to reflect on the contract, and the moment the receptionnist changes, nobody remembers those promises. Everything was problematic : my mail kept being rejected, I was refused to use the shared spaces I was told I could use as much as I wanted, there was never a way to get clarity. Most personnel was often in sick leave so rules kept changing as people kept changing. I would say : find a coworking space where clarity, transparency and commitment aren't something you need to keep begging about.

A disappointment, I don't recommend it. They raise the rent by more than 80% from one year to the next for a tiny space with no window.

The star doesn't belong to the "Spaces" building itself, but rather to its policies for allowing a fraudulent company like "LOOK" to operate there. This "agency" only wants to scam people and waste their time. They promise you the moon with an initial fee of €242 for your portfolio, without showing you a studio or anything. They make you sign an agreement stating that the "agency" is responsible for absolutely nothing, not even getting you castings. BE CAREFUL! Don't give your money to these people who don't know how to do anything else with their lives and just sit around waiting for someone to hand over their cash.

We rent a specific office 712 because of the access to the terrace. I I specifically requested this to the sales team as I am a bit claustrophobic. They deliver the office without the AC functioning properly. After I have changed offices twice they were able to find a space for us with AC working. I had kindly requested the front desk to let us know, they never ever communicate with us via email. I wait 2 weeks and ask again to the desk office what's the update, they had no idea. After 2 weeks, so one month since the issue started, none of the team still didn't know when the issue of the AC on the 7th floor would be fixed. At that point I decide to leave the office. They wanted to billed me one month and half more because I delayed less than 24 hours to give them the notice, on the 2nd July and I had to pay until the end of August. I had to contact the Group CEO Mark Dixon to see this charge not applied to me. Eventually, they find another excuse to ask me for around €455.00. This sum was due to refurbish the 712 office which was never delivered to us. Basically, you ask me to refurbish an office they never give me access to They will bill you for any delay, and request to you follow all by the book but it's unilaterally since they are an absolute mess when it comes to handle things with a minimum level of professionalism. This company is exclusively based on profit and they could not care less for the lack of service and communication.
