SBC Diagonal Tuset is a business centre on the mezzanine floor of Avinguda Diagonal 534, between Carrer d'Aribau and Carrer de Tuset, and one of seven Barcelona centres run by Centros SBC. It rents furnished, fully equipped offices for two to six people, soundproofed and air-conditioned and laid out with privacy in mind, and clients share equipped meeting rooms of different sizes, a reception with a waiting area and common areas for a break. Reception is panelled in timber slats, and glass-walled corridors with wooden floors lead to the offices. Two service packages (forfaits), chosen at signing, add a registered company address, a phone line and internet over dedicated fibre with 24-hour monitoring and backup; ultra-fast internet, all utilities, daily cleaning, printing and vending are part of the service. Standard access runs from 7:00 to 21:00, with 24/7 access as an option. SBC currently advertises one last unit: four adjoining interior offices on the mezzanine for a single company of up to 16 people at €1,500 a month. Rates for the other offices are sent on request, under a flexible services contract whose length and price are set to your needs. Companies without a physical office can take a registered company address, usually combined with meeting-room hour packs, or a virtual office.
