Review summary
Across 25 detailed Google reviews, Regus Centro emerges as a well-presented, professionally run coworking address in the heart of Oberhausen's Centro district, drawing solo workers and small teams looking for a clean, structured environment. The most consistently praised element is the staff, mentioned by far more reviewers than any other aspect. Members describe the team as "extremely friendly, helpful, professional," with many noting that day-to-day interactions set the tone for the whole experience. The physical space earns its own strong marks: reviewers point to modern, ergonomically considered offices that feel tidy and well-lit, and the equipment is broadly described as functional and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere is characterised as calm and conducive to focused work, with several members specifically calling out the quiet environment, and the coffee receives warm mentions as a small but appreciated daily touch. Cleanliness is noted as reliably consistent. The location adds further appeal — members highlight easy access to parking at P7 and a genuinely central position within the Centro area. Where reviewers pull back is on costs and access. Pricing draws the most pointed criticism, with multiple members flagging hidden charges and unexpected fees that surfaced after sign-up — a theme mentioned by enough reviewers to warrant attention before committing. A smaller number of members report difficulty reaching the space or its management remotely, and occasional noise concerns are noted, though these remain in the minority. Equipment, while generally well-regarded, draws an isolated complaint as well.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

Very satisfied – productive work in a pleasant atmosphere. I've been a member of Regus Oberhausen for over a year and now have a permanent coworking space. I'm completely satisfied. The on-site team is always extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. You feel welcome and well looked after – exactly what you'd want in a coworking environment. The other members are also very pleasant, open, and respectful, which makes working and networking particularly enjoyable. The atmosphere is productive, relaxed, and motivating. Working here is truly enjoyable, and the exchange with others is a real benefit. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a professional, well-organized, and personally welcoming workspace.

🌟 1 Star Disappointing and unprofessional experience in Oberhausen – not recommended I had a very frustrating experience today at the Regus office in Oberhausen (buildings 273/275/277). I arrived promptly at 2:45 p.m. I tried calling multiple times, rang all the doorbells, and visited all three buildings – no access, no information, no one to speak to. Only two minutes before my scheduled appointment, at 2:58 p.m., did I receive a call telling me that someone would open the door shortly. However, by that time, I had already been waiting for over 15 minutes, and it was obvious that I would not be able to conduct my important interview on time. This incident was very damaging to my business and left an extremely unprofessional impression. I have already requested a refund – if this is not forthcoming, I will contact the relevant authorities and make my experience public. I was unable to obtain a refund. I've had good experiences with Regus before – but this incident was simply unacceptable. Something like this shouldn't happen with a professional provider.
