Handelskai 94-96 23. und 24. Etage, 1200, Vienna, Austria
Regus Millennium Tower sits in Vienna's Donau City business district — home to corporate headquarters and the Vienna International Centre, one of the UN's four major office locations globally. The surrounding district is purpose-built for business, with polished streetscapes and a noticeably international professional crowd. Millennium City shopping mall is immediately adjacent, offering lunch and retail options without stepping outside the complex. Donaupark and Donauinsel are within easy reach for a midday reset. A post office and pharmacy are both within a one-minute walk. Transit is straightforward: U1 Kaisermühlen–VIC station delivers direct connections into Vienna's city centre and onward to the main rail hubs, with the station exit a short walk from the tower entrance. On-site car parking is available for those arriving by car. The Handelskai tram stop also serves the immediate area, adding a secondary surface option.
The centre is located at Handelskai 94–96, Vienna 1200, on the 23rd and 24th floors of the Millennium Tower. Visitors should proceed to the building's main entrance and take the lifts to the relevant floor. The nearest U-Bahn station is Kaisermühlen – VIC on the U1 line. On-site parking is available in the building. 24/7 access is granted to private office and dedicated coworking members.
Review summary
Reviewers appreciate the location inside Vienna's Millennium Tower, noting the breathtaking views from the upper floors and easy accessibility. The team is described as friendly, and the space is considered a solid choice for client meetings. On the downside, recurring criticism centres on the inability to open windows, leaving the offices reliant on a ventilation system reviewers find only moderately effective — making it uncomfortably hot in summer. The open-plan area is flagged as increasingly noisy, with phone calls and discussions making focused work difficult. Several reviewers also consider prices high, with one noting a 60% increase over four to five years.

The windows can't be opened, so there's no fresh air in the offices. Personally, I find this very tiring after a while, as the building's ventilation system is only moderately effective. It gets very hot in the summer. Furthermore, the open-plan office has been extremely busy for the past few months, with loud phone calls and discussions. Meetings or even small coordination sessions are no longer possible. The cheapest alternatives are the kitchen or the hallway leading to the elevators. However, these areas are also noisy and increasingly crowded. This wasn't the case when we first moved in. The most expensive alternative is using the meeting rooms. In my opinion, the price for the offices is simply too high. Prices have increased by 60% since we moved in (4-5 years ago).
