As a business traveler working U.S. Eastern hours, I needed a workspace open late. Despite advertising 24/7 extended access online, I was told they close by 6–7pm and cannot accommodate late hours. The front desk couldn’t clearly explain day pass or weekly options, and a simple question took far too long to resolve. Ultimately, they couldn’t accommodate my schedule. Not worth the hassle, better options elsewhere.

I spoke to the staff at the Winckelmann center in Milan. A clumsy guy who spoke in a low voice answered me, and I didn't have any problems. It's a shame because I was there in a meeting room three weeks ago and I had a good time...
