Regus – London Bridge occupies the third floor of The News Building at 3 London Bridge Street, a landmark tower designed by architect Renzo Piano. The workspace offers private serviced offices, coworking areas, and fully equipped meeting rooms on flexible terms — suited to solo professionals, small teams, and enterprise clients seeking a Central London address without a long-term lease commitment. The floor plan is notably open, with breakout lounge space that benefits from strong natural light and views over the surrounding SE1 skyline. Disabled-friendly equipment and a staffed reception desk are standard inclusions. The front-of-house team — highlighted repeatedly in visitor accounts — manages day-to-day needs including guest hosting and building access. The News Building stands at 3 London Bridge Street in the SE1 district, immediately beside London Bridge Station — one of London's busiest rail and Underground interchanges, served by the Jubilee and Northern lines as well as National Rail services into London Bridge mainline terminus. The Shard rises directly across the street, marking the entrance to a dense cluster of professional services firms, law offices, and media companies that define this stretch of the South Bank. Borough Market — London's flagship food market — is a five-minute walk along Borough High Street, providing strong weekday lunch options. Bermondsey Street and its mix of independent restaurants, galleries, and creative agencies begins a short walk south-east. The broader Southwark and London Bridge area connects easily to the City of London financial district via London Bridge itself, and to Canary Wharf via the Jubilee line. Bus routes along Borough High Street extend coverage northward across the river.
The News Building at 3 London Bridge Street is a Renzo Piano-designed tower completed in 2014, originally developed as the European headquarters for News UK. Review summary
Across 38 detailed Google reviews, members describe a well-positioned workspace inside The News Building near London Bridge, where the combination of a central location and a clean, bright environment forms the backbone of the everyday experience. The location draws consistent praise, with reviewers noting it is "handy" for the surrounding area, and the interiors are regularly described as "bright and spacious" and "clean and tidy," giving the floor a professional, composed feel that members appreciate on arrival. Staff reception is the single most discussed aspect of the space, and the balance of sentiment is broadly positive. Individuals are called out by name for going above and beyond — one reviewer singles out Poonam as "exceptional" — though a meaningful number of members also flag inconsistency, noting that service can feel less attentive depending on who is on duty. The space has hosted events that members recommend seeking out, and catering on those occasions is described as "superb," adding a social dimension that contributes to the sense of community a handful of reviewers mention. The honest gaps, however, are worth noting. Pricing draws more criticism than praise, with several members finding the cost difficult to justify. Access has caused friction for some, with a couple of reviewers describing instances of being denied entry to the building. Equipment and facilities receive at least one pointed negative assessment, and the ambient temperature is flagged as a recurring comfort issue, with one member noting the space is "consistently too hot."
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Light & space, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

I've tried about a dozen different Regus locations in London and this is by far my favourite. It's become my regular despite not being the most conveniently located for me. The lobby & coworking area feels very spacious. The view is great. It is cleaner than most Regus locations. And the staff (Linford & Alwiya) are very personable and accommodating. This gives it a community feel.
