180 Borough High Street, SE1 1LB, London, UK
Borough High Street is the spine of SE1 between London Bridge and Elephant & Castle, and 180 sits in the middle of one of the strongest food and culture catchments in central London. Borough Market — the wholesale-and-retail food market dating back to the 13th century — is three minutes north on foot, with Padella, Bao Borough and Roast inside or alongside it. Tate Modern, Bankside and the South Bank riverside walk are within ten minutes, and The Shard rises directly above the postcode. For client lunches and after-work drinks the choice runs from The George Inn and the gastropubs of Bermondsey Street through to the natural-wine bars of Maltby Street. Transport is excellent — Borough (Northern line) is three minutes, and London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee, Thameslink, National Rail to Brighton, Kent and East Sussex) is around six.
Reception is on the ground floor of the corner building at 180 Borough High Street. The main entrance is on Borough High Street; tap in at the front desk on arrival and the Member Experience team will sign you in and direct you to your floor. Borough Underground (Northern line) is a one-minute walk south along Borough High Street; London Bridge Underground and National Rail are eight minutes north. Limited public bike racks are available on the street; secure bike storage and showers are inside the building. There is no on-site car parking — the building sits inside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones. Goods deliveries should be addressed to the building's loading bay; reception will accept member parcels during staffed hours (Mon–Fri 8:30–18:00).
Fora 180 Borough High Street is a coworking and private-office building at 180 Borough High Street in London Bridge, run by Fora (part of The Office Group, owned by Blackstone). Review summary
Reviewers consistently praise the staff at Fora 180 Borough High Street as warm, attentive, and professional. The location on the South Bank is frequently highlighted as convenient and well-connected. The space itself draws repeated compliments for its clean, stylish interior and relaxed atmosphere, with the fifth-floor rooftop — featuring high ceilings and panoramic London views — singled out as a standout for events. The coffee shop and amenities receive positive mentions, though one reviewer notes the machine coffee could be improved. A small number of members flag that larger meeting rooms can be harder to secure as the space fills up, and one prospective tenant had a poor experience with availability and response times during a formal sign-off process.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Staff & service, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Coffee & food.

I recently attended an event at Fora, hosted by Grow London, and was thoroughly impressed. The rooftop on the 5th floor has soaring ceilings and a stunning view across London, creating a really memorable setting for events. The team were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, and the post-event snacks were generous and much appreciated. Despite it being a very sunny 30°C day, the air conditioning kept the space perfectly comfortable throughout. Overall, an outstanding coworking and event venue — I’d highly recommend it and would be very happy to attend or host future events here.

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop! The coffee quality was excellent, rich, fresh, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell they care about what they serve. The service from the barista was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made the experience even better. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕️☕️☕️

Really disappointing experience. I went through a lengthy internal approval process to secure office space at 180 Borough High Street, only to find the spaces were gone by the time I came to complete the form. At no point was I warned that availability was limited or that I needed to act urgently. Response times were also poor throughout — I had to chase just to get a reply. When I raised my concerns, I was told the situation was down to my own hesitation, which wasn't a fair reflection of what happened. Would not recommend if your company has any kind of formal sign-off process. Spaces won't be held and you may only find out when it's too late.
