Kapstadtring 7, 22297, Hamburg, Germany
Kapstadtring 7 sits within Hamburg's City Nord district — one of the city's established office corridors, developed in the post-war era as a planned business quarter and home to numerous corporate headquarters and mid-sized companies. The area has a notably open, low-density layout with green buffer zones between buildings, which distinguishes it from the more compact inner-city business areas around the Alster or HafenCity. The Stadtpark, one of Hamburg's largest public parks, is within easy reach, providing a rare green amenity directly adjacent to a business address. Road connections to the A7 and A24 motorways make the location accessible from across the Hamburg metropolitan area, and on-site car parking removes a common friction point for client visits. The surrounding streets include a range of restaurants, cafés, and service businesses catering to the local office workforce, making it straightforward to find lunch or an informal meeting spot without travelling far.

Here to leave a review for Yolanda at the front desk. She’s a gem. I did not go to Regus to rent an office space, I went there looking for one of the companies occupying that space and Yolanda tried to give me all the assistance I needed (although I’m pretty sure whoever she contacted from that office didn’t want to speak to me). She attended to me even though she didn’t work for that company or have all the answers to the questions I had. Quite apart from this co-working space being located in a beautiful building and at a very top notch location, I’m certain that Yolanda will definitely have your customers coming back if you occupy that space. ⭐️

Typical Germany. Forced to see an absolutely patient-unfriendly "expert" Krinninger, a 170 km drive each way. A good 3 hours each way. The location is a huge rented office building where you're left standing for half an hour, despite having an appointment. Of the 3 hours spent there, almost 2 were just waiting! He calls my wife a liar, knows nothing... absolutely nothing about her case regarding a disability claim, only talks about himself, doesn't let the patient finish speaking, and is allowed to judge other people with potentially lifelong consequences? As a "doctor," he doesn't even know that agomelatine is no longer detectable in the blood after 2 hours. He still draws blood, which is excruciatingly painful. After a week, the injection site is still bruised! Completely arbitrary, forced mistreatment of a patient by the pseudo-disability "insurance company." He certainly lived up to the extremely bad online reviews and then made it even worse. People, avoid this "expert," who apparently depends on being assigned people by these wannabe insurance companies because nobody else would go there voluntarily. And all this so that the "insurance companies" nationwide always have someone to belittle patients and save the insurance companies money that belongs to the patients, who, after all, paid for it for a long time. Aren't the patients already suffering enough? No, always adding insult to injury to cause even more harm. THAT'S Germany!

Excellent and, above all, very tidy offices. The reception staff are always very friendly, polite, and competent. One of Regus' best locations in Hamburg.
