Review summary
Across 10 detailed Google reviews, members describe a formal office environment inside one of Frankfurt's most recognisable business addresses, the Messeturm, with its impressive views and convenient location at the trade-fair district lending a genuinely international feel to the workday. On the positive side, reviewers point to a pleasant atmosphere, adequate internet speeds, well-regarded meeting rooms, and spaces that are generally described as clean and attractively appointed, with "hochwertiger Ausstattung, moderner Technik" noted as part of the appeal. The building's address itself earns consistent praise, with members appreciating the prestige and accessibility it offers clients and visitors alike. Where the space pulls ahead in member perception, however, is modest — the location and views are the clearest differentiators, with the tower's stature described as "eine schöne, internationale Adresse" that adds credibility to in-person meetings. The honest picture is considerably more mixed elsewhere. Staff experience is the most frequently mentioned aspect across these reviews and skews negative, with members citing inconsistent service and unhelpful responses to complaints. Billing practices draw repeated criticism, including accounts of incorrect charges being debited over extended periods. The food and drinks offering also falls short in member eyes, with one reviewer noting that water-filter cartridges for sparkling water had reportedly gone unreplaced for over a year. A few members additionally flag that phone booths have been sublet, reducing the practical workspace available to existing members. Taken together, the operational side of the space tempers what is otherwise a well-situated address.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Light & space, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

Not recommended at all (anymore). - Terrible service (support tickets for issues like incorrect billing are constantly routed through foreign countries and can rarely be resolved locally). - Constant reductions in services. - Items like water filters or sparkling water cartridges haven't been replaced in over a year. - And worst of all: errors in the creation of monthly invoices. While the support request is being processed, unjustified payment reminders keep piling up. + Incorrect direct debits at the end of the year – for what purpose, one wonders… On the plus side: the app is practical and the internet is sufficiently fast. The MesseTurm itself is also a beautiful, international venue. Stay away.

Incorrect billing, service reduction, and total chaos. An absolute nightmare!! Stay away, that's the only advice we can give any company. Our experience with Regus/IWG has been entirely negative: For months, instead of the agreed-upon invoices, we were charged incorrect rent. To this day, after more than 1.5 years, we still haven't received the money. On top of that, we received unjustified late fees and even threats of debt collection, even though the billing was demonstrably incorrect. There's no oversight, no transparency, and even their own employees seem unable to understand the errors. At the same time, there's a massive reduction in services: no drinking water, barely any cleaning of our own office, garbage disposal by the tenants, co-working spaces blocked with company signs, and the reception is chronically understaffed. These are catastrophic conditions; even a discount provider can't accept this. Phone booths were sublet – overnight, our team was left without access. Customer service is only available through a call center in Manila, offering no solutions whatsoever. Service tickets are constantly being closed and not properly processed. Conclusion: Anyone who wants to work productively should definitely avoid this provider. A provider that is detrimental to businesses – absolutely not recommended.

Not recommended at all, asked several times for unexpected invoice from the building reception but only repetitive answer - none of regus's business. Irresponsible attitude all the time, no detailed explanation so please look for another office - To follow its comment, I raised a ticket but it said I have to pay for key which was broken and reissued by the reception automatically. However I have not received any new key and asked them to explain more in details as I only agreed to terms of condition that I am responsible for the fees for lost key, but still no response yet.

Paid for an office – but never received it. A complete disappointment. We rented an office from Regus Frankfurt – officially starting March 1, 2025. In reality: no access, no furniture, no way to use it. To this day, weeks later, the office is neither furnished nor ready for occupancy. Nevertheless, invoices were issued immediately and rent was demanded – without any services rendered. Inquiries went unanswered. Documentation received no response. Complaints were met with silence. Professional? No. Customer-oriented? Unfortunately, not at all. Reliable? On the contrary – we had to document every step because nothing was delivered as agreed. We cannot give a clear recommendation. Anyone who relies on predictable, reliable services should carefully consider whether Regus is the right partner for them. We will soon publish our full account on a dedicated website to warn other companies about similar experiences. Even with big brands, don't be fooled. Conclusion: Bad experience, no service, no responsibility – but all the faster with the bill.

I DONT recommend REGUS to anyone. If you are looking for an office similar to REGUS - please try the competitors, but NOT Regus. The whole service is so unprofessional and they are not responsible at all. I have never heard/experienced anything similar to REGUS behavior. Unfriendly staff, 0% reliability.
