Review summary
Across 25 detailed Google reviews, members describe a bright, well-maintained coworking centre in the Berliner Carree district of Darmstadt — a location that earns quiet appreciation for its proximity to everyday conveniences, with a supermarket and bakery less than 50 metres away. The most consistently praised element is the staff, which draws the highest volume of mentions across the review set. Members repeatedly highlight the team's helpfulness and personal approach, describing a working environment where the atmosphere lands as "excellent" and the premises feel modern and functional. Cleanliness is noted across multiple reviews, with offices described as clean and nicely furnished, and the broader space earns mention for being bright and welcoming. Connectivity holds up well, with stable and fast internet cited, and the meeting rooms are considered well-equipped for professional use. A few differentiators stand out beyond the day-to-day. Members mention a recurring community breakfast held twice a month, which contributes to a sense of shared life in the space rather than mere desk rental. The location's practical amenities add to the appeal for those spending full working days on site. However, the review set surfaces some consistent gaps. A notable share of members find the staff difficult to reach at times, describing moments where the team felt overwhelmed or accountability was unclear. Pricing draws more criticism than praise, with several members questioning the value offered relative to cost. Coffee is also a friction point for some, with machines reportedly incurring additional charges and the quality drawing mixed responses.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Equipment, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

The service is getting worse and worse. Staff are unreachable and seem completely overwhelmed, not only with organization but also with the German language. Invoices are incorrect. Mail processing is inadequate. No one at headquarters feels responsible either. When problems arise, you're brushed off instead of having them resolved and help provided.

I was promised upon moving in that my existing contract would be credited, but it never was. I told them I didn't drink coffee when I moved in, yet I still have a coffee flat rate on my bill. I arranged to meet the staff at opening time, but no one was there, even after ringing the bell. The cards they issued didn't work. Upon moving out, they made a big announcement that they wanted to know what had happened and why I had cancelled, but then suddenly no one cared anymore. All in all, the staff were always trying their best, but I will steer clear of this location in the future.

The business model is simply a rip-off. A post office box costs €250 per month. For months, my mail for one of the companies hasn't arrived, and Regus couldn't care less. In the end, I've been paying for months for a post office box to which no mail is delivered. To top it all off, the reception is practically unmanned; the staff prefer to stand outside smoking or making phone calls. They don't see themselves as responsible for solving the problem either. Now I have to change the company's registered address.

Terrible customer service. I get the feeling that this woman's sole purpose is to drive customers away with her arrogant manner, unbearable behavior, and lack of helpfulness. This completely negates any other advantages.

The premises serve their purpose. The flexibility is excellent. Of course, this comes at a price. So far, so good. Opinions may differ on the €40 coffee and tea fee per person per month. But the customer service is truly abysmal. There were problems right from the initial inquiry/contract setup. The contact person was never reachable, and emails went unanswered. After a painstakingly finalized contract, there were issues with the (automated) invoicing. Again, no contact person was available, and emails were ignored. Finally, the same thing happened with the (automated) cancellation. Incorrect cancellation period, ASP unreachable, and no response to emails. Each time, it feels like a side quest. Unfortunately, there's no XP for success!

The office spaces are basically okay. Everything is kept clean, and there are basic office furnishings. There are also conference rooms and a coffee area available for use. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Using the coffee machines costs extra, and the coffee itself isn't very good. Furthermore, there's only one machine on the ground floor. Tenants also have to remove their own trash from the offices, as the bins aren't emptied. And unfortunately, there's no proper air conditioning. When it gets hot, the south-facing offices are almost unusable.
