Rather disappointing. We had reserved a meeting room from 9:00 a.m. and were only able to get into the area 2 minutes beforehand because the employee also only started work at that time. No time for preparations or coffee. The rooms serve their purpose, but they were rather untidy and the staff were not friendly.

Best offices in the European Union

Friendly team

Modern offices have electricity and WiFi and you can also drink water/coffee/tea there.

So it's simply recommended.

Avoid Regus at all costs – especially this Berlin location.

In May 2025, I signed a one-year contract for a virtual office to register a GmbH in Germany. But soon after payment, I discovered the address they provided was invalid for official registration. I canceled the service two days later, on May 8 – yet Regus kept charging me.

• €171.40 on May 6 (before any service)

• €99.96 on May 14 (after cancellation)

• €110.67 in June (with no explanation)

Despite multiple emails, I received no reply from local staff, billing, or customer service. No refund. No accountability.

I’ve reported this to the German consumer protection agency and filed a chargeback request via my bank.

Foreigners, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads: think twice before trusting Regus Germany.

The location is great. Regus is the largest provider, but not the cheapest. The two gentlemen at the reception desk in this center did a great job and saved a lot of money that would have been unacceptable at the local prices.

Regus belongs to the iwg (International Workplace Group). I was welcomed here at Untern den Linden by the responsible area sales manager/team leader, who contacted me three times in advance to see if I would actually make the appointment. Of course, I was there promptly at 9:00 a.m., the Area Sales Manager then explained without interrupting that there was no longer any office space available, but that he could offer me an office at another location, which would exceed the discussed price by 56%!
