Basler Strasse 3 sits in the centre of Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, a prosperous spa town in the Taunus hills roughly 15 kilometres north of Frankfurt. The immediate area is well-served by everyday conveniences: the main shopping street, Louisenstraße, is a short walk away, offering cafés, restaurants, banks, and retail. Bad Homburg Bahnhof connects the town to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof via the S-Bahn S5 line, making the centre reachable from Frankfurt in around 25 minutes by rail. The historic Schloss Bad Homburg and the Kurpark are also close by, giving the surroundings a distinctive character beyond the standard business-district setting. For those driving in, the venue's on-site parking is a practical asset given that road access via the A5 and A661 motorways makes Bad Homburg a convenient hub for clients and colleagues travelling from across the Rhine-Main region.

Review summary
Across 10 detailed Google reviews, this Regus centre in Bad Homburg reads as a well-maintained professional office environment situated conveniently close to the train station, making it a practical base for commuters and business travellers moving through the Frankfurt region. The dominant theme across reviews is the staff, which draws praise from the clear majority of members. Reviewers consistently describe requests being met "quickly and courteously," highlighting both the friendliness and the speed of the team on-site as a reliable day-to-day constant. Equipment and facilities also earn positive mentions, with members pointing to a noticeably new and well-appointed centre. Wi-Fi is described as fast and dependable, and the atmosphere lands as comfortable and conducive to focused work. A few members also appreciate the sense of collegiality among fellow occupants, and the location's proximity to the train station is called out as a genuine practical advantage. Parking availability is noted positively by at least one member, which adds to the overall accessibility picture for those arriving by car. That said, honest gaps do surface. Accessibility draws more negative mentions than positive ones, suggesting the commute or physical access works less smoothly for some members than others. Pricing is a recurring concern, with more than one reviewer describing the cost-to-service ratio as misaligned, and one specifically flagging a repair fee as disproportionate. These are worth weighing alongside the centre's otherwise consistent service record.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Equipment, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Step-free access.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my experience at this location so far. My contract started on March 1, 2026. However, I had no workspace available on the first two days, and on the third day, I was only offered a temporary spot. For a coworking space that I pay for monthly, I expect at least one usable workspace to be available. I also found communication difficult. My issue was repeatedly passed between support, the front desk, and other departments without a clear solution being found. Now, the situation has become even more problematic because my emails to customer service are apparently no longer being delivered or are going unanswered. This makes further clarification virtually impossible for me at the moment. I would appreciate more transparency, clear responsibilities, and reliable communication.

Friendly staff member at the counter and good service. The office spaces are very modern and clean. The location is also excellent, right next to the train station. However, the monthly rent for the office space is exorbitant. It costs as much as a new apartment. Absolutely incomprehensible.

What a great experience! I had scheduled an appointment for today between 3 and 4 pm, depending on how things went. I arrived at 3:20 pm because the GPS couldn't find the address on Google Places, or rather, it navigated me to the wrong address, and I had to look up the correct one myself. Then I arrived, and nobody was there. I waited for 20 minutes, and nothing happened. Then I called the phone number in Bad Homburg, but it went nowhere—no, actually, it went to a recorded message saying "the subscriber is not available," I just realized. After a full 45 minutes of waiting, a man came around the corner, and I told him I'd been waiting so long... He replied with an aggressive, rude expression. A little later, he asked if he could help me. Well, after I'd had to get over the shock of the service, I thanked them with the words "definitely not again" and left. I wanted to rent three rooms with workstations on a long-term basis. Well, it would have been better if no customers had come... No, for me, Regus is dead after such an incident. This is damaging to business. Who would even hire someone like that? I'd rather not even talk about their accessibility. Unbelievable. Best of luck with your business.
