Ein tolles Erlebnis! Ich hatte für heute einen Termin vereinbart und zwar für die Zeit zwischen 15 und 16 Uhr, je nachdem, wie ich durchkomme. Um 15:20h kam ich an. weil das Navi die Adresse unter Google Places nicht fand bzw. mich an eine falsche Adresse navigierte und ich mir erst noch einmal die Richtige heraussuchen musste. Dann kam ich an und niemand war da. Ich wartete 20 Minuten, nichts passierte. Dann rief ich die Tel.-Nummer in Bad Homburg an, die läuft ins Leere, nein stimmt nicht, landet auf einer Ansage "der Teilnehmer ist nicht erreichbar" das merke ich gerade. Nach geschlagenen 45 Minuten des Wartens, kam dann ein Mann um die Ecke und ich sagte, ich warte schon so lange...Darauf hin sagte er "und" und machte dazu ein aggressives, freches Gesicht. Er fragte dann etwas später, ob er mir helfen kann. Naja, nachdem ich den Dienstleistungsschock erst einmal verkraften musste, bedanke ich mich mit den Worten "jetzt sicher nicht mehr" und ging. Ich wollte 3 Räume mit Arbeitsplätzen fest anmieten. Naja, Kunden hätten besser dann keine kommen dürfen...Nein, für mich ist nach so einem Vorfall Regus gestorben. Das ist ja geschäftsschädigend. Wer stellt so jemand denn überhaupt ein? Über die Erreichbarkeit möchte ich besser auch nicht sprechen. Unfassbar. Viel Erfolg im Business.
