OXYGEN WORKSPACE Madrid: Premier Coworking Hub

This coworking space is in a perfect location, very close to Plaza de España, Moncloa, and Conde Duque. It has a wide variety of rooms and workstations that are sure to suit your needs. The shared lounge/kitchen area is also great. And above all, the service is excellent 😉.

I inquired about a virtual office with Oxygen Coworking, and frankly, the experience wasn't good. From the beginning, they tried to sell me an additional service related to Google Business that increased the price by about €50. I simply asked what the difference was between subscribing to it or not, which is perfectly normal before making a decision. The problem arose with the customer service I received from Ariadna, the person who assisted me. Every time I called to clarify something, she answered very hastily and rudely, constantly saying she had to hang up because she was attending to other clients. When I finally sent all the information to subscribe to the service, they asked me to prove that the brand was mine. I told them that the brand was registered and that they could easily verify it in the public database of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. Even so, they refused to check and demanded that I send screenshots and additional documentation. I understand that there are internal procedures, but the way I was treated and the way they handled something that can be verified publicly seemed very unprofessional. In my experience, customer service could be much better, so in the end we decided not to hire them.

I chose Oxygen because of its location on Princesa Street in Madrid, which was very important to me. When you're starting a project or a new company, having your office on a well-known street in the city projects a much more professional image to clients and collaborators. In addition to the virtual office service, they were a great help with our Google Maps location. We were having some issues with the location for our website's SEO, and they provided excellent support in resolving them, which is greatly appreciated when you're not familiar with that aspect. I would also highlight their flexibility. On one occasion, we had to interrupt an internal meeting, and I asked if they could give us access on Saturday to continue it. They responded very quickly and were 100% available to help us. That kind of service really makes a difference. Highly recommended.

It's an excellent place to work, plus the team has a great vibe, it makes you want to go! I've been working from here for a year and a half and the atmosphere has always been pleasant. Besides having everything you need to work, they have video call booths, which are very practical. I recommend it 100%! 👍
