OmniOffice Q22 – Serviced Offices in Warsaw

The space is wonderful, and the entire team provided invaluable support both before and during the event. We used the room for recordings, and I highly recommend the Q22 space and the company!

After waiting for three months, I finally received my deposit refund today. However, it was only processed after I mentioned that my lawyer would initiate legal action. Throughout this period, they were completely unresponsive to emails and calls, which raised serious concerns about their financial stability. If you’re waiting for a refund, I strongly advise checking in daily and following up persistently. Based on my experience, they may be struggling financially, so act quickly to secure your deposit. Would not recommend unless they significantly improve their communication and reliability. Edit: First of all, I was the one who made the payment for the office. I was the one who gave a two-month notice before leaving. And I was also the one who didn’t receive the deposit for over three months until we had to warn you with legal action—written evidence is available. The one who ignored our messages was you—evidence available. Also, I never tried to sell you services. Instead, your employees asked me what we do, and I simply explained our services. Then, she said she would talk to the marketing department. Apart from this, the one who begged me to remove my review was you—evidence available. The one who said they were open to negotiation to remove my comment was also you. I never asked for a free office. I asked for office access only if you were truly sincere. And your manager’s first response was, “Yeah, we would be interested,” until your boss showed up. Now, you’re playing dirty, but I have all the evidence. If you can’t even pay a simple deposit on time, you surely can’t afford my marketing services. So, I’m not surprised. Instead of making your clients unhappy, try solving their problems. But I see that you don’t have managers capable of doing that—it’s obvious this business won’t go far. Final note: Pay deposits back on time!

By modern coworking standards, this space isn't impressive in terms of functionality or ergonomics. The small conference rooms have no windows and are equipped with dim lighting. The tables are impractical because they're too small for the number of meeting participants and don't allow for comfortable spreading of all the necessary items. The overhead light reflects off the TV screen. There's no media port on the tabletop, so when someone needs to plug in their laptop, they have to maneuver between other people's legs. The facility is inaccessible after 5:00 PM for those entering the meeting from the outside (the Omni Office reception is no longer open), so someone has to come down to collect guests each time. On the plus side, it's clean and tidy.
