SME owners and corporate teams work under one roof here, meet for Friday drinks in the Newday Café, and book well-equipped meeting rooms in several sizes themselves through the Newday app, with a club manager on hand for questions. You can rent a turn-key, fully serviced and furnished office from €900 a month per office, your own desk in a shared office from €350 a month per desk, or a custom office from 250 sqm up to whole floors on request.
