Kontoret Alviks Strand occupies floors 5 and 6 of Bromma's first industrial building, built in 1899 right on the water, about 20 metres from the commuter boat pier. Ceilings are 3 to 5 metres high, the windows are large and the daylight plentiful, with views over Mälaren and Stockholm. The rent includes a commuter boat card, a desk and chair, free printing of 100 pages a month, coffee, sparkling water, fruit, heating and cooling, cleaning and access around the clock. Five meeting rooms are free to use, and larger conference rooms can be booked from SEK 150 per hour. Members get a bike room with pump and tools, showers, and free access to two relaxation areas with saunas. A breakfast buffet is served every Thursday. Offices in different sizes are available; the operator quotes sizes and rents on request.
