I rented my first office here and so far (1 week) I'm satisfied – everything went very smoothly. I found exactly what I was looking for: a small private office where I can work undisturbed. The rooms are modern and look great. Update after 6 months: still everything is great :D

Ich habe hier mein erstes Büro gemietet und soweit (1 Woche) bin zufrieden - alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Ich habe genau das gefunden, wonach ich gesucht habe: ein kleines Einzelbüro, in dem ich ungestört arbeiten kann. Die Räume sind modern und sehen toll aus. Update nach 6 Monaten: immer noch alles top :D

We are already familiar with K-1 Business Club from their other locations, which is why we didn't hesitate to rent space at Junghof. The service level here is high, the facilities are tastefully furnished, and with all the necessary amenities, it's an excellent location to advance your business. The team and management are always available and provide active support. It's clear once again that renting space from a medium-sized, family-run business is a completely different experience than renting from a soulless corporation. There's a dedicated event space as well as a large courtyard where events are occasionally held in the evenings. Otherwise, it's a pleasant place to relax, for example, at lunchtime. Also worth mentioning are the high-quality, professional-grade coffee machines, the well-equipped meeting rooms, and the central, prime location between the banking district and the city center. For our business concept, they are a perfect partner in a top location – highly recommended.

Wir kennen K-1 Business Club bereits von Ihren anderen Standorten, weshalb wir nicht lange überlegt haben uns im Junghof einzumieten. Das Servicelevel hier ist hoch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allen notwendigen Leistungen eine sehr gute Location um sein Geschäft voran zu bringen. Das Team und die Geschäftsführung ist jederzeit ansprechbar und unterstützt einen tatkräftig. Man sieht hier wieder, es ist etwas völlig anderes bei einem mittelständisch geführten Betrieb eingemietet zu sein als bei einem seelenlosen Großkonzern. Es gibt eine eigene Eventlocation sowie einen großen Hof in dem hin und wieder in den Abendstunden Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Ansonsten lädt dieser beispielsweise zur Mittagszeit zum Verweilen ein. Erwähnenswert sind zudem die hochwertigen Kaffeemaschinen auf Gastroniveau, die guten Meetingräume und die zentrale, erstklassige Lage zwischen Bankenviertel und Innenstadt. Für unser Geschäftskonzept ein perfekter Partner in einer Top Location, sehr zu empfehlen.
