Great place for Coworking.

The rented conference room was not very comfortable, toilets had not been cleaned, toilet door locks broke down, one panelist nearly fell from the make shift stage, the temperature was at too hot or too cold depending on how close you sat (on your folding chair) to the AC and acoustics were terrible. Impact hub employees were not helpful and blamed torre picasso for any issue. However the (high!) rental fee was payed to impact hub. Absolutely do not recommend for events.
