The double-height loft with a steel mezzanine holds extra-large open-space desks, glass-walled offices for teams, two meeting rooms of different sizes including a videoconference room, a space for events and training, a temporary-shop unit with a street window and photo and video studios. Open-space desks cost €80 a week, €225 a month or €1,090 for six months, all plus VAT. Private offices for one to four people cost €350 to €550 a month plus VAT, each with four hours of the videoconference room included. The photo studio rents for €150 a day (50 m²) or €800 a day (250 m²), plus VAT. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–19:00, with weekends on request, two hours of free parking and a free trial day.
