Copernico Isola at Via Filippo Sassetti 32 serves as the physical headquarters of Milan's Fintech District — a purpose-built environment for companies operating at the intersection of technology and financial services. The project was developed in partnership with SellaLab, the innovation platform of Banca Sella Group, and inaugurated at ministerial level, signalling its role as a serious infrastructure for the sector rather than a general-purpose coworking space. The building climbs to a thirteenth-floor rooftop terrace — a rare feature in Milan's coworking landscape — with open views across the city. Natural light runs throughout the interior, complemented by a full-service bar offering a varied lunch menu. Workspace options include open-plan hot desks, private offices, and a suite of meeting rooms sized for everything from one-to-ones to larger workshops and seminars. A calendar of sector-specific events gives resident companies regular touchpoints with the broader Fintech District community. The space suits fintech founders, financial services teams, and innovation-focused professionals seeking a location with institutional credibility.

Review summary
Across 73 detailed Google reviews, Copernico Isola comes across as a well-appointed coworking space in one of Milan's most sought-after neighborhoods, drawing members who value light, professional surroundings, and an active community calendar. The space's physical qualities are the most consistently praised element. Members frequently describe generous natural light and open areas, with one reviewer singling out a rooftop terrace that delivers "a panoramic view of almost all of Milan" — a detail that recurs across multiple accounts. The Isola location earns similar admiration, described by multiple members as "top-notch," with easy access to transport and the neighborhood's amenities reinforcing the appeal of the address. Events and hospitality round out the picture in a way members find genuinely distinctive. Reviewers describe a well-run events programme — one member recounts hosting a client event with catering and notes that "everything was impeccable." The in-house bar draws its own praise, with members calling it a standout feature staffed by personable bartenders. Meeting rooms with views over the square, a clean and organized environment, and a welcoming general atmosphere complete the day-to-day experience that members describe. A few gaps are worth noting. Feedback on reception staff is mixed, with a minority of reviewers describing interactions that fell short of expectations. The most pointed criticism concerns billing: at least one member reports being charged over a thousand euros for a membership renewal they had not authorized, a concern that prospective members may want to clarify before committing.

I paid for a full month of membership. In January, I had a critical investor meeting scheduled at 5 PM. I arrived early, settled in, and the moment my meeting started, the concierge approached me mid-session to say — after checking with their manager — that I was not allowed to stay for the 30 minutes of service I had already paid for. A coworking space that interrupts an investor meeting to kick you out at 5 PM. Let that sink in. I communicated that I would not be renewing. I called. I explained what happened. They acknowledged it. And yet, since then, I have received daily calls and emails demanding EUR 1,130 for a renewal I never agreed to for a coworking space can you belive this . Not a single message asking about my experience. Only money. This is not a professional workspace. This is a billing machine with a front desk. I am documenting everything and prepared to go public further. Save yourself the stress — there are far better coworking spaces in Milan that actually respect their members.
