Achtung bei Vertragsabschlüssen! Ich habe mit CONTORA einen Vertrag über eine virtuelle Geschäftsadresse am Standort Stuttgart abgeschlossen. Der Vertrag wurde von beiden Seiten unterzeichnet, jedoch noch vor Beginn der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungserbringung einseitig durch CONTORA gekündigt – ohne dass jemals ein Zugang oder eine Nutzung möglich gewesen wäre. Trotz dieser einseitigen Auflösung wurden anschließend Forderungen geltend gemacht – unter anderem für Leistungen, die faktisch nie erbracht wurden. Die Sicherheitsleistung wurde nicht bezahlt, weil weder eine vertragliche Leistung verfügbar gemacht wurde noch ein Zugriff auf das Büro bestand. Das Verhalten wirkt auf mich widersprüchlich und unseriös. Wer hier einen professionellen Geschäftssitz erwartet, sollte sehr genau hinschauen und sich die Vertragsbedingungen sowie die tatsächliche Umsetzung genau prüfen. Ich empfehle, vorsichtig zu sein und sich gut abzusichern.
