Review summary
Across 16 detailed Google reviews, Baxter Building comes across as an upscale, hospitality-led venue in central Amsterdam, right behind the Hermitage Museum, used both for work and for events. Service is what members mention most. Reviewers describe amazing service and great hosts, well-trained, friendly and professional staff, service they call classy, and owners who are very nice people, and one sums it up as "luxury and hospitality in an office setting". The atmosphere matches: one reviewer rates the aesthetics ten out of ten, and others describe a contemporary, chic look with a touch of accessible luxury and a good atmosphere. Events are a clear differentiator. Reviewers recommend it for corporate or personal events and company celebrations, and one attended an interesting ProductTank session there. The food is called great, even star-worthy, and members also mention perfect facilities, an excellent location for offices and meetings, a very well maintained interior and a strongly international orientation. None of the 16 reviews raises a complaint. Most mentions concern service, look and events, while desks, Wi-Fi, quiet focus and community get little or no attention, so day-to-day coworking conditions are less documented than the hospitality.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and On-site events.
