B. Amsterdam B.2 is the second building of the B. Amsterdam campus, at John M. Keynesplein 12-46 in De Nieuwe Meer Oost in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The 40,000 m² campus of three buildings hosts more than 300 companies and adds padel on 12 indoor courts, a gym, indoor golf, the Bureau rooftop restaurant and around 25 community events a year. After a complete transformation, B.2 has a fresh, contemporary look and a shared lounge with the coffee and lunch bar De Huismeesters, run by the Caretakers. It has the campus's widest range of private offices: smaller offices of 20–40 m², 50 m² units for 4–10 people, 80–90 m² for 8–16, a 120 m² ground-floor office for 8–14, a 400 m² first-floor floor with its own entrance, pantry, toilets and three meeting rooms for 20–30 people, and a fully furnished 700 m² floor with 60–80 workstations, five boardrooms and call rooms. Offices are turnkey and, apart from that floor, unfurnished; prices are given on request, with campus rents from €210 per m² per year and leases from 12 months. The B.2 reception is staffed Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00, members have access from 6:00 to 23:00, and parking is right next to the building.

John M. Keynesplein lies in De Nieuwe Meer Oost in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, an office district by the junction of the A4 and A10 motorways, with Schiphol about ten minutes away by car. Henk Sneevlietweg metro station on line 50 is a few minutes' walk from the campus and two stops from Amsterdam Zuid and the Zuidas. Within the B. campus you have the padel club, the gym, indoor golf and the Bureau rooftop restaurant on B.1, and the Nieuwe Meer lake and the northern edge of the Amsterdamse Bos are close by for a lunchtime walk or run.
B.2 has smaller offices of 20–40 m², 50 m² units for 4–10 people, 80–90 m² for 8–16, a 120 m² ground-floor office for 8–14, a 400 m² floor for 20–30 people with its own entrance and pantry, and a fully furnished 700 m² floor for 60–80 workstations.
Prices per space are given on request. Across the campus, compact offices start at €210 per m² per year, and leases run from 12 months, generally 24 months for larger spaces.
Offices are delivered turnkey but unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture; the 700 m² floor is the exception and comes fully furnished with boardrooms and call rooms.
You join the B. club of more than 300 companies, with access from 6:00 to 23:00, free padel during off-peak hours, gym discounts, discounts on meeting rooms and event spaces, community events and the De Huismeesters lounge in B.2, plus over 600 parking spaces with charging points.
