Architecturally a super nice building

I felt very comfortable in the WorkRepublic rooms. Unfortunately, the surprise only comes after you have moved out. Although all rents have always been paid on time, the return was processed without any complaints and there are no claims, the deposit paid will be retained.

It is normal for the deposit to be withheld for several months in a tenancy, as utility bills are usually created afterwards and the landlord does not want to be stuck with the costs.

However, at WorkRepublic you rent an office where the additional costs (electricity, water, heating) are included.

​

It is therefore incomprehensible why WorkRepublic reacts this way.
