It feels pretty average for a co working space. Desks, internet, bathroom etc. Pros: Decent location - pretty central with easy access to Blloku, coffee shops etc Nice view Generally pretty quiet Price is in line with other places in the city. Cons: The place seems pretty full - so chances of getting a desk are low, desk options are limited, and the desks feel pretty small. You can't book online via the website and the floor map you get isn't accurate, as people are in those seats. It's more an enquiry form - i.e. "click to book here" but all you do is send them an email asking them if there is space. Getting into the office is tricky. You can't access the lift on the ground floor so have to go up one floor to call it. I only learned this as my first visit was with another member. Otherwise you walk. Also you can't really do walk in, so contacting the office to book is required but this is impacted by their response rate. If you decide to hit the office at 8pm the night before, you can't book or get confirmation until someone sees your message, most likely the next morning (this is a con around the booking system, not people being available 24hours a day). The men's bathroom isn't great - the toilet doesn't have a button so you have to put your hand into the water tank to flush it. A toilet button isn't costing that much? If you are in town and can get a seat I would give it a shot, but there are other options in town that do the same job so you can also give them a go.

Without a doubt, the best coworking space in Tirana. Very stylish and comfy workspace and on top of all, everyone is very friendly and welcoming (especially the staff!!). Would recommend to everyone who works remotely and is looking for an escape from home from time to time!

It's probably a great co-working place, but I never got to experience it because no one ever returned my calls, messages, or inquiries.

This place really surpassed my expectations - the office was very clean and beautiful, the location was in the heart of the city, and the people working here were extremely helpful. I came here from Canada for a 2 week vacation, but had to work a few days in Tirana and had meetings all day. The meeting rooms were quiet, spacious, and I was able to work all day without any issues. The office manager, Emi, helped me throughout the day when I had any questions and gave me some great recommendations on where to eat. Thank you to the team who put this place together - I loved my experience here and can't wait to come back!

The thing about this coworking space is that it’s not really that bad! At least the space isn’t. They even give you your own monitor and the place has a lot of light. Really it has so much potential and in many ways I like it a lot better than the other coworking spaces in Tirana! The problem is the employee who works there. The blonde woman, Emi, is just not fit to work in anything that is public facing. She is unfriendly and doesn’t care about building community at the coworking. I was going to write her a negative review after she hung up on me when I called to ask if there was availability. Previously I had sworn I wouldn’t come back after her unwelcoming and unprofessional behavior but I knew that this was a nice place in Tirana and wanted to try it again. Yikes never mind. So why was her behavior so offputting besides hanging up on people? Firstly when we entered the coworking space she had the wrong password for the Wi-Fi written on the board so we had to piece together that a different WiFi name than on the board and the password she told us were correct. Until I had a major issue, which I’ll go into in a sec, she didn’t change the password to the correct one. Problems arose for me when I had meetings and discovered that the back meeting rooms didn’t have a strong connection. I suffered through so many “hello can you hear mes? “I can’t tell you. The reason this was so bad was because it was my first week at a new job and I have been trying to find a job during the pandemic for a whole year! I later found out through the other employee, who is nice and professional, that the WiFi name and password needed to be changed when you go into the meeting rooms. The Skype room I went into initially had almost no connection at all without switching. But the worst thing was that Emi told us that we cannot talk in the main working room and told us that we really needed to go into one of the Skype or conference rooms to take calls, a perfect opportunity for her to have reminded us that we would’ve needed to switch our Wi-Fi and password in said rooms. I appreciated her establishing the ground rules of the space. However she came into the room and would regularly take calls and talk to other people and she seriously did not care, folks. The thing about this coworking space that I can’t blame on the staff is the Skype room. It is so dark and if you don’t know the right password you will not be able to get a clear connection there. As I mentioned I had some of my first calls from my new jobs in that room. I didn’t know that there wasn’t proper lighting so my first meeting with the HR manager I was in the dark. Otherwise a great coworking with amazing potential. Not to mention a rooftop area and can I say it again MONITORS!!! Just do something about your community and customer service approach.
