It was 11th of February 2026 when I had visited Regus open space. Our company have global entrance to all Regus and we have a good relationship. However at Park Avenue, I had negative experience. At openspace we get notification that there is QUIET TABLE where we can not talk, just to sit with NO talking. Our discussion went to far as we quietly discuss business point, but get another approach from receptionist. In the end I made decision to move to another Regus. Final result, negative feedback for Regus at Wolna 70, do not recommend. Strongly weird approach to consummers.

Staff are great people but the regus center will never solve your problems and they will always put those people who work there between them and you.. so nothing will be solved. Go find another place instead of renting here. My rent finished, and I have to have a refund from them but they are still sending me notification to pay more! Insane😶🌫️23.08.2025

The best Regus office in Warsaw :) Comfortable, large, and clean space, well-stocked kitchen, pleasant common area, and above all, a very pleasant atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for coworking or small offices in modern spaces.
