Camino Fuente de la Mora, 9,1st Floor, 28050, Madrid, Spain
Regus Madrid Manoteras sits in the Manoteras business district, a well-established commercial zone in the north of Madrid that neighbours the planned residential and business areas of Sanchinarro and Las Tablas. The area is home to a concentration of mid-to-large corporate offices and logistics operations, making it a natural fit for professional services, tech, and distribution-adjacent businesses. The surrounding streets are well served by Madrid's urban road network, with easy access to the A-1 motorway and the M-40 ring road, making it straightforward to reach by car from across the metropolitan area. Several bus lines connect Manoteras to the wider city, and the area is within reasonable distance of the Hortaleza and Las Tablas metro zones. Nearby you'll find cafés, restaurants, and retail options catering to the local working population, offering convenient spots for a client lunch or a break away from the desk.
Regus Madrid Manoteras offers private offices for one to twelve people, open coworking areas, and bookable meeting rooms. This makes it suitable for solo professionals, small teams, and companies needing occasional meeting space.

Whenever anything comes up, the management is terrible. Their rules are absurd, and the ability they give the staff to resolve issues is ZERO. Ana Carina was very kind to me, but it's useless if the problem here is that the rules are always against the user. Be very careful with the invoices they issue! I'm sorry to have to leave such a bad review. I've been renting one of their offices by the hour for two years, including 8 am check-in (their staff arrives at 9 am), without any problems. The manager herself informed me of these conditions. Today, June 10th, they informed me that if I use the office from 8 to 9 am, I'll have an extra charge of 50 EUROS on top of the usual hourly rate. This is a completely ABUSIVE clause, and because of this, I am forced to NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.

This has been an excellent experience. Especially the attention from Shura and Lucía.

This is the building where I worked before they offered me the option to work remotely. The building's staff rents offices to companies. Their staff is qualified, professional, and attentive.
