Lovely place for work, 31st floor view is awesome and when you take the lift down from 31st floor, you might feel goosebumps:)

The glass elevators that go up really fast are quite a trip! I heard that before they went faster. The offices upstairs are very beautiful and especially the room in the corner! There are very few skyscrapers around, so you can see everything, unfortunately, our Soundsystem was making weird sounds the entire time so they really need to get a new one & constant problems with the microphone. They stocked it with a lot of great drinks & the food for breaks, and lunch was really really good. Just make sure to order enough food for all of your guests. If I was looking to rent a space in Munich and could afford it, I would definitely choose these offices & if I had to attend an event here I would be very happy, especially if there was going to be good food/drinks. It would also be a great spot for parties. It would be a really great spot for a penthouse apartment due to the good view. The first day the security guard was really strict and made us wait one to two minutes to let us in exactly at 8 AM. The boss should really talk to him about not being so strict because it makes people feel weird. The second day the security guard was much more accommodating. Seems like there’s always a good one and a bad one! 😂 staff was really friendly & did a great job of clearing the dishes. They really need to label all of the food specially for people with allergies or vegetarians! By the time I found out, the Shishka was vegetarian it was all gone & it broke my heart because someone said did you try the Shishka it was delicious! I was crying 😢

As the name suggests its really high. The windows are always clean and give an amazing view when its not raining or fog. In close proximity you can see the traffic on highway road and in distance the beautiful alps. Its a nice contrast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although the lift is really fast and scares people a little but its nice and feels like a ride. Only issue for me is the absence of a cafeteria or a restaurant. There are options for some tea time snacks but when your meeting lasts longer than lunch time, its a hassle.

This is an amazing architecture with modern infrastructure. From 8th ground onwards one can enjoy some great views of alps and Olympia stadium everyday if weather is clear. Considering the number of stories and size of building there are certain facilities which are not available. A gym could be a great addition to the building. Similarly swimming pool and canteen are other option that one can expect to have in such magnificent glass structure.
