Äußerlich schick und laut Eigenwerbung exklusiv. Das einzig exklusive sind allerdings nur die horrenden Preise. Gemietete Räume werden in stark verschmutztem Zustand übergeben. Stühle stauben beim Draufsetzen, Flecken auf allen Möbeln, Bodenbelägen und Wänden. In den Waschräumen mangelt es regelmäßig an WC-Papier und Seife. Die wenigen Küchen (je Etage nur eine) sehen schnell aus wie …… Technische Anlagen (z. B. Belüftung funktionieren ein halbes Jahr lang nicht. Behobeln wird das über Monate hinweg nicht, Reklamationen werden nicht beantwortet, Mietminderungen nicht akzeptiert. Stattdessen wird das Internet gekappt. Einzug positiver Aspekt ist das Hauspersonal, welches täglich versucht, die Fehler des Managements auszubügeln oder zu mildern. In Berlin gibt es viele andere Co-working-spaces…

Ich werde Regus nie wieder buchen. Das Coworking-Büro ist wirklich dreckig, die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und versuchen jeden Tag, so früh wie möglich Feierabend zu machen. Es gibt keinen Handyempfang usw. usw. usw. Sieben Monate nach meinem Auszug kontaktierte mich die Rechnungsabteilung und behauptete, ich hätte vor neun Monaten eine Rechnung nicht bezahlt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ihre Mitarbeiter meine Zahlung den falschen Rechnungen zugeordnet hatten. Und jetzt bitten sie mich, ihnen bei allen weiteren Zahlungen ab 2025 zu helfen. Ich finde Regus Knesebeckstr. einfach keinen guten Ort.

I will never book Regus again, the coworking office is really dirty, the staff is not friendly and tries every day to leave as early as possible, there is no mobile phone network coverage etc etc etc. 7 months after i left, the billing department contacted me and claimed that i had not paid a bill 9 months ago, only to find out that their employees had allocated my payment to the wrong bills. next: they ask me to help them with all my other payments from 2025. I just think Regus Knesebeckstr. is not a good place.
