BER airport can be reached within approximately 30 minutes. Two car parks are located on Knesebeckstraße itself, and Bahnhof Charlottenburg (S-Bahn) is two stops away.

Äußerlich schick und laut Eigenwerbung exklusiv. Das einzig exklusive sind allerdings nur die horrenden Preise. Gemietete Räume werden in stark verschmutztem Zustand übergeben. Stühle stauben beim Draufsetzen, Flecken auf allen Möbeln, Bodenbelägen und Wänden. In den Waschräumen mangelt es regelmäßig an WC-Papier und Seife. Die wenigen Küchen (je Etage nur eine) sehen schnell aus wie …… Technische Anlagen (z. B. Belüftung funktionieren ein halbes Jahr lang nicht. Behobeln wird das über Monate hinweg nicht, Reklamationen werden nicht beantwortet, Mietminderungen nicht akzeptiert. Stattdessen wird das Internet gekappt. Einzug positiver Aspekt ist das Hauspersonal, welches täglich versucht, die Fehler des Managements auszubügeln oder zu mildern. In Berlin gibt es viele andere Co-working-spaces…

I will never book Regus again, the coworking office is really dirty, the staff is not friendly and tries every day to leave as early as possible, there is no mobile phone network coverage etc etc etc. 7 months after i left, the billing department contacted me and claimed that i had not paid a bill 9 months ago, only to find out that their employees had allocated my payment to the wrong bills. next: they ask me to help them with all my other payments from 2025. I just think Regus Knesebeckstr. is not a good place.

A very nice location in the immediate vicinity of Ku'dam. It's only partially suitable for co-working because the entire front area is very loud. This is where the kitchen is, and even the friendly staff don't understand the co-working concept and constantly communicate with each other. It's good for the working atmosphere, but bad for collaborative work. But you can find alternatives.
