After booking the office, two hours before the scheduled start of the meeting, they called to say they couldn't rent the office to me. When I asked what I should do next, they said it was none of their business.

Regus and its customer service are embarrassingly poor. Not only is the reception for office/conference room rentals late, meaning you might miss your interview and end up waiting at the door with the candidate, but they also fail to collect the money directly from your card as agreed. For the few days I rented the room, they collected it without a problem, for the next few, they didn't, and after a month and a half, the first email from them was threatening to send the debt (a staggering amount, a few złoty...) to debt collection agencies, etc. Even though they were supposed to collect the money from my card. Without a single email asking for an explanation, because, for example, the machine malfunctioned – I didn't even realize the extra 500 złoty hadn't been debited from my company account. I don't recommend them. After that, each payment has to be manually processed on their website, which is time-consuming. It was supposed to be easy and automatic, but it's rubbish.
