Kranhaus 1 ist wirklich super.

Starting from the reception, where Christin, Vanessa and Max always give you a friendly welcome, to the Regus employees (Stefan, Erica, Ms. Westris and formerly Ms. Ortis) everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. It's really fun to come to the office. Highseller Immobilien would like to thank each of these great employees and also compliment Regus. You give Kranhaus 1 its excellent atmosphere and you really feel very comfortable here.

Nice location, great view. Meeting rooms very cramped. The air conditioning didn't work properly and the sunlight made it very warm. Unfortunately the service wasn't good. We had to point out several times that drinks were missing.

Coworking Space Desaster!

I have visited Regus many times over the last few years. The premises are hardly representative anymore and the service is getting worse and worse.

- nette Rezeptionisten

- Ausblick

Negativ:

- mangelhafte bis nicht vorhandene Reinigung

- Seit Monaten kaputte Fenster in den Büros

- no air conditioning in some offices

- eine kaputte Eingangstür im Erdgeschoss, auch seit Monaten

- 1,50 € für heißes Wasser – ja, für Wasser

- ein kaputter Wasserhahn im Waschbecken (war über ein halbes Jahr kaputt), kürzlich repariert

- schmutzige Toiletten und Waschbecken!

- Essen aus dem Kühlschrank stehlen

- schmutzige Flure

Now all that's missing is Regus charging €1 to use the toilet to put the icing on the cake. The voucher can of course then be redeemed at the coffee machine.

Regus saves every corner and charges more money for the use of the rooms and the coworking space. That doesn't add up.

If you are looking for a representative location for your company, you should not choose Regus in the Kranhaus!
