I'm a member of another Regus location and wanted to use my membership here. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone to answer the door, even after ringing the bell several times. There was no indication of a temporary staff absence. I made the trip for nothing. Very frustrating.

REPLY TO THE OWNER'S FEEDBACK: Believe me, I've tried this countless times. I've created tickets, but your customer service staff have consistently ignored me or simply fobbed me off with standard replies. I'm deliberately sharing my experience publicly to warn anyone researching Regus, so that no one else has to suffer the same financial losses as me. Trying to resolve this issue with you has already cost me hours of my life – and the result was zero: absolutely nothing was resolved. I sincerely hope that other potential customers read about my experience and don't waste hundreds of euros and their precious time like I did. As a private individual, I signed up for a membership and canceled it the same day because the offer wasn't suitable. Under German law, I have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Regus completely IGNORED this. Despite immediate cancellation and countless emails, I received no help, only payment demands. To avoid negative entries in my Schufa credit report, I was forced to pay a total of over €500 (an initial payment of over €300 and a subsequent demand for over €200) for a service I didn't use for a single second. Customer service ("helpdesk") becomes completely unresponsive when it comes to cancellations, but they relentlessly pursue the money. This is not a reputable business practice, but pure exploitation of private customers.

Regus is unfortunately not a landlord we can recommend at all. As long-term customers, we first had to watch as Regus drastically increased rents over the past few years, only to then discover that the level of service had steadily declined. For months now, we've been struggling with incorrect invoices and debits that no one at Regus seems able to correct. In some cases, invoices were even charged twice in certain months. Furthermore, the center at Waidmarkt is in poor condition overall. Cleanliness is often lacking in various areas of the center, and our office space hasn't been cleaned for several weeks now, despite repeated reminders. The walls are dirty and damaged in places, which doesn't create a good impression. In addition, there are still visible signs of a break-in that occurred over six months ago. To make matters worse, the reception is either staffed by new, unfamiliar personnel every few weeks or not at all on some days, leaving visitors wandering around the center without the proper welcome they expect. I was initially planning to share my own review, but after reading through over 10,000 employee reviews of IWG/Regus, it became clear that my experience would simply echo what many have already described. The overwhelming feedback from current and former employees consistently reflects very low scores and detailed accounts of negative experiences, which speaks for itself. For professionals considering starting their career with IWG/Regus, I would strongly recommend exploring opportunities with other organizations. During negotiations, my uncle and I decided to step away after I had gathered the majority of the critical information related to a $20M deal (from ABC to XYZ). Additionally, through an internal source who had also collaborated with us across different countries at WeWork, we learned that WeWork achieved an 88.94% score out of 100% for maintaining a healthy working environment and implementing innovative business models. It is important to emphasize that these issues at IWG/Regus are not isolated to a single department, but rather reflect broader organizational concerns. For anyone evaluating their career options, I advise careful consideration before joining IWG/Regus.
