The range runs from a fix desk in the communal area – €35 a day, €99 a week or €299 a month – to a shared office for two from €599 a month, an office for up to four from €999, the popular team office for up to five from €1,465 and a large team office for up to ten from €1,980. A virtual office with business address and mail forwarding costs €110 a month. The 20 m² conference room seats eight, is equipped for hybrid meetings and can be booked by outside guests from €35 an hour. Utilities, cleaning, hot drinks, your own network profile and access from 6:00 to 22:00, seven days a week, are included, with a one-month minimum term and a free trial day for every product. An office manager looks after tenants on site, and the WORKERY Wellbeing add-on (€50 per person a month) brings yoga on the roof terrace, a Monday breakfast club and a weekly lunch table.

Severinstraße U-Bahn station is about four minutes on foot, Heumarkt seven and Neumarkt nine, and Köln Hbf is a twelve-minute walk, with the S-Bahn to the airport from there. The Severinsviertel has around 22 restaurants within five minutes, from bistros to lunch spots. The Rhine promenade by the Severinsbrücke is eight minutes away, the Volksgarten park ten, the cathedral twelve and the Chocolate Museum on the Rheinau peninsula fifteen, and several hotels for visiting clients are within walking distance.

A very nice, modern office in a central location in Cologne. The premises are furnished to a high standard and stylishly, offering a pleasant working atmosphere. The little extras, like breakfast on Mondays and lunch on Wednesdays, are a particularly nice touch. The WORKERY team is very friendly, easy to work with, and professional. Highly recommended!
