Westerdok 230 is a small, affordable shared office in Amsterdam-Centrum where freelancers (ZZP'ers) rent their own fixed desk with 24-hour access. The office has ten fixed workplaces in a spacious, light ground-floor space with about 10 m² of gross floor area per desk and a ceiling height of 4.60 metres, partly on a mezzanine, with art on the walls and a kitchen bar. Since autumn 2025 a few desks have become available for new tenants who are registered with the Chamber of Commerce. A desk costs €199 or €249 a month excluding VAT, including coffee and tea, Wi-Fi, a colour printer, cleaning and pleasant colleagues. There is also a work booth for Teams and Zoom calls, air conditioning, underfloor heating and roller-shutter security. Westerdok 230 is a few minutes' walk from Amsterdam Centraal, the IJdock and the lively Haarlemmerdijk, and easy to reach by public transport, car and bike.
