Each floor has its own reception, and fully furnished team offices of different sizes share lounges with phone booths, kitchens and meeting rooms; some offices open onto balconies. Private offices start at €320 per person a month with cleaning, electricity, water and symmetrical 1 Gbps internet included; contracts run from one month to two years or more, and tenants get 24/7 access by smartphone. For hybrid teams, the Flex Office plan costs from €200 a month for one fixed weekday per week. Meeting rooms for up to four people cost €20 an hour, for up to six €30–40 and for up to ten €50, also for guests, and a virtual office with business address and mail scanning costs from €300 per semester.
