António Augusto de Aguiar 21; Unicorn Workspaces is a private-office operator that opened in the city in 2019. Twelve fully furnished private offices of different sizes run along a central corridor, with two meeting rooms, a lounge with phone booth, a kitchen with a long dining table and a staffed reception, in bright rooms with wooden floors and tall windows. Private offices start at €320 per person a month with cleaning, electricity, water and symmetrical 1 Gbps internet included; contracts run from one month to two years or more, and tenants get 24/7 access by smartphone. For hybrid teams, the Flex Office plan costs from €200 a month for one fixed weekday per week. Meeting rooms for up to four people cost €20 an hour, for up to six €30–40 and for up to ten €50, also for guests, and a virtual office with business address and mail scanning costs from €300 per semester. All prices exclude VAT. Community baristas serve freshly roasted coffee, tea and fresh fruit, pets are welcome, and members meet at monthly themed events.
