STUDIO19 is a 240 m² coworking space in Hamburg-Altona, a couple of minutes from Altona station, founded by the sisters Helena and Leonie: Helena devoted her bachelor's thesis to the project, from the first branding concept to the business model, before the two made it real. There are 20 workplaces, split between hot desks and fixed desks, and two private offices for teams of two to eight people. A 32 m² meeting space has a large conference table, projector and sound system, and the 85 m² event area takes 15 to 30 people with flexible seating, a stage and catering options; flexible walls and modular set-ups adapt the rooms from workshop to event. A flex desk costs €29 a day, a dedicated desk €289 a month and the meeting room €25 an hour. The work areas are quiet and soundproofed, with whiteboards, and Wi-Fi, printing and scanning as well as coffee and tea are included. A community lounge sits next to the main work area, community events bring members together, and terms stay flexible depending on team size. You can arrange a tour before you commit.
