Rents are all-inclusive and net of VAT: a 13 m² office with one workstation costs from €245 a month, two-person offices of 15 to 19 m² from €575 to €675, and three-person offices of 17 to 23 m² from €675 to €825. The rent covers the furniture, internet and Wi-Fi, a coffee and tea flat rate, sparkling water, regular cleaning and all running costs, and tenants share the kitchen, the barbecue, the meeting room and the balcony. A postal address and a company sign are available, and there is parking around the building.
