Review summary
Across 45 detailed Google reviews, Spaces The Foundry comes through as a spacious, characterful workspace in a convenient London location, drawing members who value a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. The staff generate the strongest and most consistent praise, with reviewers describing the team as attentive and genuinely caring — one member writes that "the Spaces team is great, and takes care of us like Kings." The physical environment also earns appreciation, with members pointing to generous room, a dedicated quiet library area for focused work, and an atmosphere described as motivational. Food and drinks receive warm mentions, and the occasional tenant events — such as a communal lunch gathering — are noted as thoughtful touches that reinforce a sense of community. Members also find the location convenient and the space well suited to client-facing meetings. That said, the reviews surface several recurring concerns worth noting. Pricing draws the most consistent criticism, with multiple members flagging additional fees — such as a per-employee activation charge — that feel poorly justified given the onboarding experience on offer. Equipment and cleanliness each attract more negative mentions than positive ones, with some reviewers noting that facilities do not always meet expectations. Connectivity is another honest gap: at least one member reports an internet outage that was met with indifference. Staff reception scores are similarly mixed, with a meaningful share of reviewers describing inconsistent or unhelpful interactions alongside the warmly positive ones.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

The new lady at reception (Spaces) is so incredibly rude. I have rented an office here for a year now and since the other office manager resigned you can just tell everything has gone downhill. Spaces employees constantly complaining , again the new lady and guy who joined a few months ago at Spaces do not care at all about the tennants and role their eyes when they have to do their job. Internet was down yesterday they didnt care . Never been in such a bad office and I have used other Spaces offices in London in the past.

Modern, practical building. But Spaces(Regus) cuts every corner, main issue is the quality of the cleaning which is insufficient and inconsistent. Nonetheless, Marc the manager is proactive, positive, fixes issues fast, chases problems down, and brings a great energy to the building. He is the reason we are still here. And I know many more are willing to stick around to see improvement whilst Marc is running it. The 5* are for Marc and the potential should the cleaning be resolved.

I really enjoy coming to spaces The Foundry to work. There’s plenty of space, including a quiet library area when you need silence, and separate areas where you can chat and collaborate. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, special thanks to Marc, who is always on top of everything and makes the experience even better.

Pathetic place to buy your office. Looks good on the outside but they keep deducting your money without your permission, charge you for things you didn’t choose and blame it on the system. Poor Service, low response rate. Cheap people And toxic refund processes. Don’t even think about it here as a start up. They will just take take and take.

Since we moved into this office, it has not been cleaned at all. We have followed all the required procedures, including registering using the provided QR code and confirming the correct office details via email as instructed. Despite raising this issue with the reception, there has been no improvement so far. In addition, we have been waiting for over two months to modify the floor box.
