Reviewers consistently highlight the staff as a standout feature — described repeatedly as friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The central Lisbon location near Marquês de Pombal draws praise for excellent public transport access and walkability. Amenities are broad: a café with a well-regarded barista, a gym, terrace, phone booths, printing, and kitchens across multiple floors. Meeting rooms are noted as well-appointed. A recurring criticism concerns the single shared access pass system, which creates practical inconvenience. Some reviewers also flag a billing dispute and inconsistent weekend opening hours.

A very negative experience. I was charged an additional fee for extending my office usage period without any prior notice or authorization from me. The justification given was that a participant had authorized it, but that person has no authorization to manage payments on my behalf and also claims not to have requested anything. Lack of communication and unprofessional conduct.
