Nice facilities with open office spaces to rent and especially really nice employees that are attentive and forthcoming and helpful in every situation and are the best “feature“ of the place. Also has a small café and restaurant and even an exercise room and playroom. We moved into a bigger rental office, but I miss coming here. Also great public transport access and if you don’t drive an SUV like surprisingly many people in this town with constantly stuffed up streets but rather a motorcycle or a scooter you can even park right in front of the door.

It’s a good location to go to. We stayed at HF Fenix, and went to spaces once during a trip. It is walkable, many cafe and restaurants nearby.

The company I work for and I went and booked an office space for a work trip. Pros: - Clean - Central - Wifi generally worked However the con is so major that I cannot recommend this place in good conscience. We were given a single pass between everyone. Now you need a pass to: - Get into the building - Get to the door of the office from the lift, from the toilet This means that, without either the luck to tailgate or pulling people out of focus to let you in, you can only have one person leaving the building/going to the toilet at a time. It's even more staggering as there appears to be no real technical or security reason for this, just laziness and stupidity in design.
