Spaces 22 Arroba occupies a dedicated workspace building at Carrer de Pallars, 193, inside Barcelona's 22@ innovation district — the city's designated technology and creative business corridor in the Poblenou neighbourhood. The space offers private offices and fully equipped meeting rooms alongside a lounge area, an on-site cafeteria, and an outdoor terrace. Disabled-friendly equipment and car parking address practical access requirements that many central Barcelona locations cannot offer. The reception and hospitality team are a visible part of the operation: front-of-house staff and in-house food-and-drink service contribute to a composed, professionally run atmosphere rather than a self-service drop-in environment. The cafeteria adds a social anchor between the working floors, making informal catch-ups easy without leaving the building. Spaces 22 Arroba suits scale-ups, established teams, and professionals who need reliable private workspace with meeting infrastructure in one of Barcelona's most active business and tech clusters.

Spaces 22 Arroba sits on Carrer de Pallars in the Poblenou district, the post-industrial neighbourhood that Barcelona's city planners redesignated as the 22@ innovation district — a concentrated zone of tech companies, media firms, design studios, and research institutions. The immediate surroundings have evolved from textile warehouses into a dense mix of refurbished office buildings and new-build headquarters, making the area a genuine business cluster rather than a mixed residential quarter. Rambla del Poblenou, the neighbourhood's pedestrianised main street lined with cafés and restaurants, is a short walk away. The Ciutadella Park and the Olympic Port waterfront are reachable on foot or by bicycle. Glòries and Llacuna metro stations (L1 and L4 lines respectively) serve the district and connect directly to central Barcelona, Sants railway station, and the airport bus corridor. Several bus routes also cross Carrer de Pallars, adding surface-level connectivity throughout the day.
Spaces 22 Arroba is located at Carrer de Pallars, 193, Barcelona, within the 22@ innovation district in the Poblenou neighbourhood. The nearest metro stations are Glòries (L1) and Llacuna (L4), both a short walk away.
Review summary
Across 45 detailed Google reviews, Spaces 22 Arroba reads as a polished, design-forward workspace in Barcelona's @22 innovation district, where the physical environment is the clear headline. Members consistently return to the atmosphere as the dominant draw — phrases like "best place to work, every comfort" capture a recurring sense that the space itself does a great deal of the heavy lifting, with architecture described as "top-notch" and finishes noted as excellent. The overall feel is one of a carefully considered interior that members find genuinely conducive to focused work. The on-site cafe earns its own loyal following, with reviewers describing it as a "wonderful cafe" and appreciating the quality of food and drinks as part of a well-rounded daily experience. Staff receive warm mentions — "Spaces staff is sweet" appears in multiple accounts — though a meaningful share of reviewers also note inconsistency in service, suggesting the experience varies depending on who is on shift. Quieter working conditions, private call booths, an outdoor terrace, and good public transport connections round out the picture of a well-equipped, accessible location. Where members push back is on pricing. Five reviews raise concerns specifically around unexpected price changes and what some describe as an aggressive billing policy — a thread consistent enough to warrant attention for anyone considering a longer-term arrangement. Equipment and facilities draw occasional minor criticism as well, suggesting that while the space impresses on arrival, a small number of members find certain practical details fall short of the premium positioning.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Staff & service, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

Very poor experience with Spaces as a company. After returning the office in excellent condition with only four small, standard holes made to install a whiteboard the company attempted to charge us €741.13, an amount that is completely disproportionate, unjustified, and was never disclosed prior to signing the contract. No evidence was provided, no transparency whatsoever only an automated response used to justify an abusive charge. Deducting such an amount from the security deposit without proper justification demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism. We strongly advise any company looking for a reliable coworking provider to reconsider working with Spaces.

Very bad experience with Spaces 22 Arroba. After returning an office in excellent condition—with only 4 small, perfectly standard mounting holes—the company attempted to charge us €741.13. This amount is completely disproportionate, unjustified, and does not correspond to any fee schedule communicated prior to signing. We received no concrete proof, no transparency, just an automated response to justify these abusive charges. Deducting such a sum from the deposit without real justification shows a serious lack of professionalism and honesty. We strongly advise against this center for any company or freelancer looking for a reliable coworking space. Be very careful with your money.

Spaces is really good. staff is sweet. really nice working area with multiple private areas for calls, comfy chairs, big tables. they also have a cafeteria. downside is not for Spaces, but the lobby of the building before you get to Spaces... what an awful service and rude people. thankfully it is only the first entry, you later can skip them and go directly to Spaces

Heads up! When you go to the website, the prices displayed increase significantly once they send you a quote. They claim there's an error in the listing, but they don't correct it. What do you call that? You be the judge.
