Review summary
Across 21 detailed Google reviews, Regus Luca de Tena comes across as a well-equipped, professionally managed workspace in an accessible part of Madrid, where the quality of the team on the ground is the single most consistent talking point members raise. Staff draw overwhelmingly positive remarks, with one member singling out Ivan as "a wonderful person who is very helpful" — a sentiment echoed across the majority of reviews. Members describe the broader team as attentive and genuinely invested in making the space work day to day. The physical environment earns its own share of praise: reviewers point to "excellent, modern, and comfortable facilities," and the building's architecture is noted as a standout quality. The workspace is described as peaceful and well-suited to focused work, with dedicated phone booths and meeting rooms rounding out a setup that covers most professional needs. The location also receives approval, with members finding it easily reachable from Madrid's city centre. Beyond the daily rhythm of desk work, the combination of calm atmosphere, considered layout, and responsive staff gives the space a consistency that repeat members seem to value. A few honest gaps do surface, however. One reviewer flags cleanliness as falling short of expectations, specifically mentioning floors that go unattended. Pricing also draws a critical note from at least one member, who felt the cost was not fully matched by the level of service received — worth bearing in mind when weighing up options.

I don't recommend them. The management has been opaque, and I got the feeling they're only interested in taking your money without providing a service commensurate with the price. You pay for a cleaning where they don't even wipe the floor.
