The building is equipped with disabled-friendly infrastructure, and meeting rooms can be booked independently for client presentations or internal sessions. The immediate area is well suited to professionals who commute by car, with on-site parking available at the building — less typical for central Frankfurt locations. Ostend has seen steady business investment over the past decade, and the surrounding streets include a mix of logistics firms, tech companies, and financial services operations. For those who do use public transport, the Hanauer Landstrasse area is served by Frankfurt's tram network, connecting to the broader S-Bahn and U-Bahn system. The city center and the main financial district around Taunusanlage are reachable within roughly 15–20 minutes. Day-to-day conveniences — cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants — are accessible within a short walk or drive along the Hanauer Landstrasse corridor.
Enter through Regus - Frankfurt, AOC Hanauer Landstraße's main entrance situated directly on Hanauer Landstraße 291 B. I'm the tenant and I contacted their sales representative to ask for the help of checking the receipt of the payment and login information of the account. It made me wait for a month to respond and he provided me with the center team emails which are only available for internal communications. I tried to use both my company email and personal email and they were blocked by the Regus system. How come! I only want to ask the email to proceed the payment and why it takes a long and complicated steps. Until now, no one helped me and followed up my case.

They provide very unprofessional and poor service. I do not recommend them to anyone. Our mail was scanned weeks late, and they promised to send all correspondence by post, but they never did. The only way to get a response from them is by withholding payment—only then do they start communicating and addressing issues. We switched partners because they consistently failed to respond to our emails, even when we complained about mail not being forwarded on time. When calling their office, there were many instances when no one answered. We escalated the issues, but no solutions were provided.

Regus is an unprofessional company that uses common fraudulent practices. They issue online contracts that cannot be canceled. I ordered a virtual office with a one-year term, but the service did not live up to the advertising. When I tried to cancel the next day, I was refused, citing alleged B2B transaction policies that supposedly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. Keep in mind that my contract hadn't even started yet, as I ordered that my contract only begins after 20 days. Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent place for working people, I recommend, but you find better one if you want to go in the citi centre for more money

Absolutely unprofessional customer management. Credits are promised but never issued, outstanding amounts remain unpaid for weeks, and there are no clearly identifiable contacts. For any company considering Regus as a "full-package solution" to avoid the hassle of handling everything themselves: steer clear! You'll spend more time chasing after Regus than if you managed everything yourself. Their customer service is incredibly time-consuming and infuriating.
