Die 2. unterirdische Erfahrung als Besucher bei Regus. Auch bei zentraler Telefonnummer nur AB. Keiner in der Rezeption, Mieter beklagen, dass keiner sich kümmert und vieles nicht funktioniert. Lediglich das Abbuchen der Miete soll gut funktionieren.

Super nette Dame am Empfang. Alles perfekt vorbereitet und detaillierte Einweisung in die Räumlichkeiten. Bestens ausgestattet und super sauber. Den Service nutzen wir gerne wieder. Problematisch ist die Parkplatzsituation, da kaum Parkplätze vorhanden und man vor dem Gebäude schnell einen Strafzettel bekommt.

The printer has not been usable for over two weeks and management has done nothing to organize a new printer. It seems as if Regus stands for antiquarian hardware - in this case the ancient ham of a printer. The lady at the reception should get 10 stars for the service and treatment of customers. The office space costs a lot and this is not representative of the poor technical service. Dear IT or management, take heart and act. We live in the 21st century and it's not even possible to print via USB. Unbelievable and embarrassing.
