Unfortunately, I have to share my negative experience with this co-working space. When I handed over the offices, the furniture was dirty and in poor condition. The kitchen is dingy, and there are hardly any dishes, cups, or glasses, making it very uncomfortable to stay there. The hallway smells unpleasant and odorous, further detracting from the atmosphere.

The restrooms are dirty, there's a lack of toilet paper, and the trash cans and holders are torn off or damaged. Parking costs over €300, and it takes up to three weeks to get a transponder to even enter the parking garage – very inconvenient.

The female receptionist is often on her cell phone and seems unattentive to guests. The IT department is located somewhere abroad, so help or support is almost impossible to get with IT problems.

The coffee machine doesn't work for weeks, and a second broken machine is located next to it – yet the coffee fee is still charged. The printer also regularly breaks down and is filled with shredded paper.

Additionally, a very noisy construction site next door makes using the roof terrace almost impossible, which significantly impacts the working atmosphere. Even the offices smell of tar, which is very unpleasant.

Overall, this co-working space doesn't meet my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it.

A very nice location in the immediate vicinity of Ku'dam. It's only partially suitable for co-working because the entire front area is very loud. This is where the kitchen is, and even the friendly staff don't understand the co-working concept and constantly communicate with each other. It's good for the working atmosphere, but bad for collaborative work. But you can find alternatives.
