I needed to rent an office for a while, and honestly, having worked at several coworking spaces, the service at Regus is different. It's more personal and attentive. I want to especially mention Gabriela and Alvaro, who helped me throughout the entire process, advising me and answering all my questions. I've been to coworking spaces in other countries, and the service here in the heart of Diagonal is simply not the same.

Unfortunately, my experience with Regus has been very negative regarding their work table rental service. At the time of signing up, the sales representative assured me that there would be no price increases during the first year. This information was presented in a way that in no way suggested such a drastic increase in such a short period. However, completely unexpectedly, a 100% price increase was applied after six months, without prior notice or proper communication. This type of action not only violates the trust placed in the company but also directly harms the financial and operational planning of any business that, like mine, acts in good faith, trusting in the initially offered conditions. I understand that price revisions can be part of company policy, but these must be carried out with due transparency and advance notice. What happened is inconsistent with both the spirit of the agreement and the legitimate expectations it generated. I am sharing this information, especially for those who are considering hiring or starting a relationship with Regus, so that they can do so with full knowledge of these types of situations.
