Sehr geehrte Frau Coenen, neben Ihrer Funktion als GF von Okandada fungieren Sie auch als Prokuristin der Fünf Gastrohelden GmbH. Diese Firma hat mit Ihrer Beteiligung die Möbel für das Cafe winds&woods bei uns gekauft. Aufgrund von Liquiditätsproblemen konnte die Schlussrechnung nicht gezahlt werden. Dann wurde ein Zahlungsplan ausgehandelt. Dieser wird leider nicht eingehalten. Nach wie vor sind 15.358,47 € offen. Wir werden nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Wir können nur jeden warnen mit Fünf Gastrohelden / Okandada eine Geschäftsbeziehung einzugehen.
