It has 19 fully equipped offices for two, four or up to six workstations, each rentable for exclusive use or shared, a coworking zone, three meeting rooms and an office kitchen with fridge, microwave and mineral water, and some rooms look out over the city towards the Canal de Isabel II water tower. Services include 24/7 controlled access, furniture, use of the meeting rooms, cleaning of your space, mail and parcel reception, air conditioning, a concierge Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 22:00, a multifunction printer, copier and scanner, and private parking on request. Exclusive offices start at €400 a month for two workstations and coworking at €180 a month, with promotions for groups and 6- or 12-month stays. Meeting rooms cost €8 an hour for 3–4 people or €15 an hour for 10 people + IVA, with 10-hour packs at €70 and €140 + IVA. The centre is five minutes from Chamartín station and next to the Plaza de Castilla interchange.

Oficina Singular is on the seventh floor of Calle de Bravo Murillo 377, at the northern end of this long, busy street, right by Plaza de Castilla in the Tetuán district. The Plaza de Castilla interchange, with Metro lines 1, 9 and 10 and many city and regional bus routes, is next door, and Chamartín station with Cercanías and long-distance trains is about five minutes away. The leaning Puerta de Europa towers, the Cuatro Torres business area and the courts of Plaza de Castilla are close by, and drivers reach the A-1, M-30 and M-40 quickly.
